By using the Makanuna platform, sending any request or adding a property unit, you agree to the following terms.

  1. 1.Definitions and nature of the services

    "Platform" means the Makanuna website and its services. "User" means anyone who browses the platform or sends a request through it. "Owner" means anyone who adds a unit they own or are legally authorised to manage.

    The platform provides property marketing, real estate consultation, property listings for sale and rent, and property search by area.

  2. 2.Using the website and creating requests

    Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information in any request and must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

    Receiving a request does not mean it is automatically accepted; our team reviews every request and contacts its sender.

  3. 3.Owner responsibility for unit data and ownership

    The owner is solely responsible for the accuracy of their unit's details and photos, and for being its owner or legally authorised representative.

    The platform may request documents proving ownership or authorisation before publishing any listing.

  4. 4.Prices, fees, payment, cancellation and refunds

    Fees, payment methods and the cancellation and refund policy are set per service and shared with the user before the service starts.

  5. 5.Limits of the platform's liability

    The platform acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee that any deal will be completed. Property information is shown as provided by owners; users should verify it before deciding.

  6. 6.Compliance with Saudi real estate brokerage regulations

    The platform complies with the Real Estate Brokerage Law, its regulations and the instructions of the Real Estate General Authority in Saudi Arabia, including real estate advertising licence requirements.

  7. 7.Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

    The platform may amend these terms; changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
